  • Scheduling & General Expectations

  • The preferred method of contact is through text as calls can disrupt the grooming process.

  • After initial appointment clients are expected to re-book at either 4, 6, or 8 week intervals.
  •  
  • If latchkey, please keep dog contained in an accessible area for easy retrieval.
  •  
  • Dogs should be potty walked prior to arrival time.
  •  
  • In the event your standing appointment needs to be changed, you will likely need to wait until your next scheduled appointment. I try my best to accommodate, but due to the number of standing appointments and their locations/time constraints, I cannot adjust schedules easily. Missing your appointment will disrupt your pet’s upkeep and result in an additional charge at your next scheduled appointment.

Cancellation

  • If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be subject to 50% of the grooming charge.
  •  
  • If the groomer arrives and the client is not home / the groomer does not have access to the pet at the time of the appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the visit, which must be paid in full prior to next appointment.
  • Fees apply to returned checks.
  •  
  • $10/day late fee for any payments past due after day of service.
  •  
  • Appointments may be canceled and rescheduled by groomer based on severe weather conditions.

  • Weather / Safety

  • All walkways and driveways must be cleared of snow and ice prior to scheduled appointment.
  •  
  • Any icy areas that cannot be cleared must be treated with salt to ensure safe walking for pets as well as myself.
  •  
  • 24 hours notice is expected if you cannot clear your driveway or walkways prior to your scheduled appointment.
